Jesslyn takes pride in her journey. She lives with bipolar I disorder, also known as manic depression, so she intimately understands the extremes of emotions associated with this mental health condition. With her firsthand experience, Jesslyn utilizes her story and resources as a survival guide to help others fight their silent battles. She holds membership to NAMI NW Piedmont and the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).
